The HCV Landlord & Housing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring housing stability and addressing the needs of our community. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including landlords, housing providers, and local organizations, to expand housing opportunities for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
The Landlord & Housing Specialist Case Coordinator will be the primary contact for landlords participating in the Long-Term Rental Assistance program (LTRA).

***Assist tenants through the leasing and recertification process, ensuring compliance with program regulations.
***Provide ongoing support to landlords and tenants, mediating conflicts, and facilitating smooth tenancy agreements.
***Conduct outreach to expand housing opportunities, particularly for low-income families and individuals with housing barriers.
***Perform case management, including verifying eligibility and assisting with annual recertifications for program participants.

***A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
***A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in housing programs, landlord relations, case management, or community outreach.

Salary Range: $1,852 - $2,425 paid bi-monthly
