Site Manager (Live on Site) Newbridge Place Apartments!
Location: 211 Stillpond Street | Medford, OR (Located off Ross Lane behind the Albertsons' shopping center)
Compensation: $15.05-$16.00/hr (40 hrs/week) + 2-bedroom apartment + Utilities

We're seeking a Live-On-Site Site Manager to join our team at Newbridge Apartments, a modern 64-unit community built in 2019. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the property running smoothly while supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents. You'll work closely with a Portfolio Manager and be an important part of a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.

What you'll be doing:
  • Perform daily cleaning of grounds
  • Help residents understand and follow lease guidelines
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, assist with paperwork, and address concerns
  • Conduct unit inspections and respond to the building environment
  • Promote a respectful, supportive community environment
  • Keep clear documentation and maintain compliance with agency policies
Required Experience & Skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A strong communicator who can handle conflicts and de-escalate situations while staying calm and professional
  • Organized, proactive, and confident to set boundaries and uphold them consistently
  • Willing and able to live on-site and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Professional, compassionate, and able to set boundaries with empathy
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in property management or customer service
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and very basic maintenance ​​​​​​
