Salary Range $20.43 - $23.31 DOE

What You’ll Do:
🎯 Plan and organize social, educational, and wellness programs for residents, including health initiatives and summer activities.
🎯 Serve as a trusted resource for residents, assisting with financial literacy, employment support, and access to social services.
🎯 Build strong partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and schools to expand opportunities for residents.
🎯 Maintain clear communication with residents, creating newsletters and engaging in outreach efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Education & Experience: Associate’s degree in human services (or related field) OR two years of experience working with social services, housing programs, or vulnerable populations.
✔️ People Skills: Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build trust in the community.
✔️ Organizational Savvy: Strong multitasking skills to manage workshops, case files, and program records.
✔️ Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
